This just in! Reese Witherspoon collaborated with Eloquii on a limited edition spring collection, that's way too overpriced!
I actually liked the collection. It has the same voice that Reese has with her brand and it translated well with Eloquii's brand. Reese's clothing has a Kate Spade vibe that's perfect for spring and summer. The light colors and adorable classic silhouettes have a timeless feel. By timeless I mean you can only wear it in spring and summer and get away with it. The plus size community really needed a fresh brand that has the same Kate Spade vibe. In comes Eloquii, momentarily changing the game!
The limited edition collection features a "Southern bell on the farm" look that some people can pull off. My favorite piece had to be the denim skirt that has a scallop detail. This is such a versatile piece that can be paired with your favorite t-shirts in the spring, a tank in the summer, and definitely a comfy sweater and booties in the fall.
It's $95. I'm sure the craftsmanship is amazing and it's such a different piece that you might just be the only one wearing it. Its unique style sets it apart from any denim skirt on the market right now, so it might just be worth the price.
At $195, this dress was another favorite of mine. The delicate lace will pair perfectly with gold metallic accessories or with a glitzy belt at the waist for a touch of glam. For my alternative babes, style this dress with a moto jacket and strappy heels. Add your personality to this generic dress.
This skirt looks like it would be hard to style but I think it can have an edgy twist to it! Pair it with a graphic T and or with a simple white shirt and vans. If you want to stick with a classic farmer look, style the skirt with a chambray top and a statement necklace tucked under the collar.
This collection also had accessories to choose from. They definitely weren't needed and didn't add anything to the collection. Save your money and just get some clothing instead.
